Logging into the Portal

Logging into your Portal is simple!

Just enter the email address you provided us for work orders, then enter in the password we provided to you.

If you don’t remember the password, you can email property@teahurumowai.co.nz or freephone us on 0508 832 487.

Updating the Contractor status

To ensure the process is followed, you are required to update the Contractor status. This will notify us of the progress of the work task.

In Progress: This means you have started the work.

Permanently Completed: This means the work you were asked to complete has been completed. (All completed tasks will have QA completed before you can invoice).

Temporarily Rectified: This means you have partially completed the work and more work is required. (Before selecting this option you will need to discuss with your contact person(s)).

Variation required: This means the work you need to complete differs to the quote you provided. (Before selecting this option you will need to discuss with your contact person(s)).

How do I know when I have a work task?

You will receive an email from us with a work order attached. This is the notification that a work task is in the portal.

The work task will display in the portal immediately. The important fields to note are the Work Task ID, Property address field, Information code and Reported Date.

Invoicing a work task

When you have completed the work. Someone from our team will carry out a quality assurance check (See Quality assurance info here).

We will notify you that you are able to invoice the work task.

The work details tab should display information to help you produce your invoice in your system, here you will find the SOR work code, quantity and amount.

You need to produce an invoice within your invoicing system, for multiple lines within the work details tab select all and bulk edit, you will then enter the Invoice No., Invoice date and select save.

Note: For auditing purposes we require a copy of the invoice, please use the message tab to upload your invoice to the task. You can also email the invoice by replying to the Job request email we send.

Understanding the work task

When a work order is sent to you, you will receive an email with the instructions of the work you are expected to do.

To find this information in the portal, simple select the work task ID, this will open the work task. Here you will find all the information you need to carry out the work.
